Q: Why am I receiving a new card?
A: We’re transitioning your Debit Card to Visa, which provides many valuable features and benefits. We hope you'll enjoy the enhanced services of your new Visa card.

Q: How do I activate my new Debit Card?
A: Call the toll-free number and an automated voice operator will guide you in completing the verification process and selecting your new secured PIN.

Q: How do I set up card controls for my new card within Online and Mobile Banking?
A: To set up card controls, open the Planters First Bank Mobile Banking app, go to “Accounts,” select your card under “Card Management,” and tap “Alerts and Protection” to choose your settings.

Q: Can I add my new Debit Card to my phone?
A: Yes, your new Visa card can be loaded into ApplePay, GooglePay, or Samsung Pay.

Q: Will I keep my current benefits?
A: You will experience comparable benefits from Visa with your new card. In addition, you receive Visa's Zero Liability Policy*, Real-Time Fraud Protection, and more.

Q. Can I use my card with Tap and Go?
A: Your new Debit Card is Contactless and can be used with a quick tap at many merchant locations.

Q: What will happen with automatic/recurring bill payments on my card?
A: Once you receive your new card, you’ll need to update your new card number, expiration date, and security code to merchants who regularly bill this account. This may include wireless, cable and internet providers, streaming services, insurance companies, highway toll accounts, food delivery services, utilities and subscription services, as well as online merchants where you shop regularly.
