Report Lost/Stolen Card

If you discover your debit card is missing, it's important to call the bank right away. During regular business hours, contact your local branch to report your card lost/stolen.
After regular business hours, please contact 1-800-500-1044 to report your card lost/stolen.

If you suspect you have been a victim of Identity Theft, visit identitytheft.gov for information on steps you can take.

Here’s how to set up Card Management Controls:

  1. Go to the Planters First Bank Mobile Banking app dashboard and select “Accounts,” then select the appropriate account
  2. Go to “Card Management” and choose a card
  3. Finally, tap “Alerts and Protection” and choose the controls you would like to apply to that card.
